Free Seminar - Making Australia Home, Chinese migration

The National Archives of Australia is presenting a free seminar on Chinese Migration to Australia on Saturday 17th July and Wednesday 21 July 2010 from 10am till 11am. 

Find out about the impact and integration of Chinese settlers in Australia despite the restrictions and difficulties they faced from discriminatory laws.  See how these restrictions have lead to a rich and valuable source for historians.

 The National Archives are located at 16 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill, close to Cannon Hill Railway Station and plently of parking on site is available.
