Ecclesiastical newspapers at the State Library of Queensland
Ecclesiastical newspapers can be a fantastic source of information for family historians. Articles about church run community events and commitee meetings frequently mention people by name - your ancestor may be among them. These newspapers may also include obituaries and wedding notices.

· Catholic Leader 1929 - 2006
· Queensland Methodist Times 1927 - 1977
· Life and Times (Methodist) 1977 - 1985
· War Cry (Qld branch - Salvation Army) 1888 - 1898
· War Cry (NSW branch - Salvation Army) 1883 - 1896; 1921-1926
· Catholic Advocate 1911 - 1938
