Letters received relating to Moreton Bay and Queensland 1822-1860

http://www.slq.qld.gov.au/info/fh/letters

Discover early Moreton Bay records.

Search for information about an ancestor, a colourful historic figure or what happened at a particular time or place.

The State Library of Queensland holds a number of microfilms, A2 series, that hold government correspondance and other records for the Moreton Bay settlement and surrounding districts.

Many of the reels have been throughly indexed by a State Library volunteer.

The indexes are organised by reel number and are pdfs.  The pdfs are keyword searchable.
